In accordance with Legislative Decree on May 22 1999, n. 185, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 days by receipt of merchandise communicating the will and supplying the following information:
- - number of the order
- - in case of partial withdrawal, description and quantity of products that are returning
- - banking coordinates (complete IBAN)
- - the owner of the account must be the same owner indicated in the bill
The communication will be provided:

- - through registered letter with return receipt requested to Graziella Murtas - Kernos Ceramiche - Via Pergolesi 58, 09100 Cagliari - Sardinia - Italy
The dispatch of the goods that will be making return, will be done at
the expense of the customer at the following address:

The repayment will be made within 15 days from the date of shipment of
the rendered goods.
Daniele Zichi will reserve the right not to accept the rendered goods in case
the products are returned tampered or improperly deteriorated.
Note that if any article does not work will be replaced. in the schedule of the article you can view a description and the relative photos supplied to us from the producer.
